Assessments and financial issues have not been addressed. <br />Staff presented each street option to the Council outlining the good and bad points of <br />each. Each Council Member noted the option that they favored. Staff addressed the <br />impact the Middle School traffic will have on Sunset Avenue, Second Avenue and Elm <br />Street. <br />Council directed staff to research the number of pedestrians expected for each option <br />presented and then narrow the options down to just two (2) or three (3). <br />PAGE 1 <br />
