SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING MARCH 25, 1996 <br />The following candidate for the Circle Pines Utility Commission received the highest <br />score: <br />Gene Lane <br />The City Council discussed whether or not to give two positions to the same candidate. <br />The decision, although not unanimous, was to be sure that as many residents as possible <br />have the chance to serve on the boards or commissions. Therefore, it was determined that <br />Vernon Reinert be the candidate for the Circle Pines Utility Commission. <br />The meeting adjourned at 5:58 P.M. <br />These minutes were consider, corrected and approved at the regular meeting of the City <br />Council on April 22, 1996. <br />Marilyn G.
