COUNCIL WORK SESSION APRIL 3,1996 <br />• Council asked that staff research how the City can build more "teeth" into the ordinances <br />• <br />or developers agreements. <br />REGULAR AGENDA <br />4A. SECOND READING, Ordinance No. 02 - 96, Rezone Parcels of Land <br />Purchased for Centennial Middle School, Elm Street - Council Member Bergeson <br />noted that a rezone requires a 4/5th vote of the Council. Mayor Landers will be out of <br />town on Monday and Council Member Lyden has expressed his opposition to the project. <br />He asked that this item be delayed until the April 22nd Council meeting. <br />Council Member Bergeson asked that all information regarding this issue be given to <br />Council prior that meeting. He asked that there be additional discussion on the issue so <br />that the Council is very clear about the options available to the Council. <br />Mayor Landers requested that cost estimates be prepared for each <br />4B.
