• <br />• <br />COUNCIL WORK SESSION APRIL 17,1996 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />MINUTES <br />DATE April 17, 1996 <br />TIME STARTED 5:00 p.m. <br />TIME ENDED 8:50 p.m. <br />MEMBER PRESENT Council Members Bergeson, Kuether, Lyden, <br />Neal and Mayor Landers <br />MEMBERS ABSENT None <br />Staff members present: City Administrator, Randy Schumacher; City Engineer, David <br />Ahrens; Consulting Engineer, David Mitchell, SEH; Community Development Director, <br />Brian Wessel; Assistant to the City Administrator, Dan Tesch; Chief of Police, David <br />Pecchia; Fire Chief, Milo Bennett; Parks and Recreation Director, Marty Asleson; <br />Planning Coordinator, Mary Kay Wyland and Clerk -Treasurer Marilyn Anderson. <br />SALARY COMPARISONS, GROUP VI, 1995 STANTON SUR N TESCH <br />Mr. Tesch presented a revised salary survey comparison. e s ""` s based on <br />midrange salaries paid by other metropolitan commu es no Lakes with a <br />population between 10,000 to 25,000 residents <br />Each year job positions in this City descriptions are updated. <br />Mr. Tesch indicated that h 'f �� `.t pled a revised organizational chart for the <br />City. He will present i •` , cil when it is completed. <br />EARTH DAY z a AN TESCH <br />An agenda for E. Day was presented to the Council. Mr. Tesch noted that a bus will <br />shuttle people from a parking lot on the east side of Main Street to Wargo Nature Center, <br />the site of the activities. <br />CITY SURVEY UPDATE, DAN TESCH <br />The Parks Department has initiated a resident survey. Persons interested in the survey will <br />meet on April 25th to determine which issues should be included in the survey. The final <br />draft of the survey will be brought to the City Council for their review. At that time, the <br />Council may add or delete items they feel are important. <br />PAGE 1 <br />
