COUNCIL WORK SESSION MAY 8, 1996 <br />• MOWING BIDS, MARTY ASLESON <br />Mr. Asleson provided an outline of bids that have been received to provide <br />mowing, fertilizing, weed killer treatment, and debris removal for the parks for <br />this summer season. Mr. Asleson has determined that the City crews can handle <br />these duties for approximately one-half the cost of contracting the service. <br />This matter was tabled until the next work session. <br />COOPERATIVE RECREATION AGREEMENT, MARTY ASLESON <br />Mr. Asleson presented a draft Agreement of Understanding for Services which <br />will be used to provide recreational programs to other communities. He outlined <br />the Agreement and noted that it has been reviewed by the City Attorney. <br />This matter is on the May 13th Council agenda. <br />REGULAR AGENDA, ITEM NO. 8A, MARTY A <br />A Trails Committee, consisting of volunteers froty is proposed. <br />This Committee stems from the 20/20 Visio <br />REGULAR AGENDA, ITEM NO. ` Y KAY WYLAND <br />Mr. Steve Andre, 495 Ash <br />Ordinance No. 03 - 96 <br />session.
