• <br />• <br />• <br />COUNCIL WORK SESSION MAY 22, 1996 <br />Ms. Rivard explained that a normal weekend of events would include approximately 50 - <br />70 riders and about 100 to 200 spectators each day. The national event in August will <br />attract anywhere from 1000 to 3000 people and 300 to 600 cars. <br />Staff explained that an Event Permit would outline all of the issues that need to be <br />addressed such as sanitation, parking, safety issues and insurance before the permit is <br />issued. <br />Staff was directed to see that the proper permit application was given to Ms. Rivard and <br />all areas of the application addressed. <br />REGULAR AGENDA <br />There were no further questions on the regular agenda. <br />CIRCUS, COUNCIL MEMBER NEAL <br />A circus will be held on the Rehbein property next to Schwan's Ice Cream on Lake Drive. <br />The Lino Lakes Lions Club is selling tickets and providing the advertising for this event. <br />CLINTON COPS GRANT <br />The Lino Lakes Police Department has been awarded a Clinton COPS Grant.
