Staff then went through the dispatch notes for each of the medicals to determine if they fall within the criteria set forth by North Ambulance Medical Director for fire/rescue response. Staff was able to analyze 346 of the 439 EMS incidents (79%) Of the 346 EMS incidentsanalyzed,-119 involved victims who were having heart issues, were obese, having difficulty breathing, unresponsive, or were involved in an accident with injuries. There were 227 incidents (65%) where those conditions were not present. Staff identified 398 EMS incidents in Lino Lakes for 2013. Staff then went through the dispatch notes for each of the medicals to determine if they fall within the criteria set forth by North Ambulance Medical Director for fire/rescue response. Staff was able to analyze 391 of the 398 EMS incidents (98%). Of the 391 EMS incidents analyzed, 139 involved victims who were having heart issues, were obese, having difficulty breathing, unresponsive, or were involved in an accident with injuries. There were 252 incidents (64%) where those conditions were not present.
