The civic complex would cr entity in the <br />Village and possibly attract other businesses. <br />The Police Department building is needed because th <br />also needed as a security presence which could ' r b esses in their <br />decision to locate in the Village. <br />inadequate. This would adequately fund the three (3) buildings <br />if they are constructed at the same time. The original campus of buildings concept is <br />based on the idea that some components such as heating would be shared. If these items <br />are not shared, the project is not affordable. The proposal is to build a civic campus which <br />is connected but maintains individual identities. <br />
