Staff explained that if the City enacts an ordinance that <br />is too restrictive, t ovemment could impose their ordinances. <br />Staff was directed toepare an ordinance with a map limiting antenna towers to the <br />Public/Semi-Public districts. This information will be presented to the Planning and <br />Zoning Board and brought to the Council work session on December 15th. <br />HEALTH INSURANCE BRIDGE, DAN TESCH <br />Staff was directed to research a policy creating a health insurance "bridge" for employees <br />who have worked for the City a specific number of years and who wish to retire before <br />they are eligible for Social Security benefits. <br />Mr. Tesch presented two (2) options for the Council to consider. Each option was <br />outlined including the probable costs. He noted that the Finance Department was not <br />supportive of these options because it appeared to be unfair to the Police Department. <br />PAGE 1 <br />
