That city staff shall prepare for review and adoption an ordinance <br />establishing a single hauler system for the collection of solid waste to be <br />established through the public bidding process. <br />4. That city staff shall prepare an amendment to Ordinance 507 making <br />the terms of Ordinance 507 consistent with the terms of the new ordinance to be <br />prepared herewith and providing that licenses Issued to residential haulers for the <br />year 1996-1997 shall be extended past the existing termination date of June 30 to <br />a new termination date of December 31, 1997. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City this 24th day of February, 1997. <br />
