COUNCIL MINUTES APRIL 14, 1997 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />MINUTES <br />DATE : April 14, 1997 <br />TIME STARTED : 6:31 P.M. <br />TIME ENDED : 8:12 P.M. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT : Bergeson, Kuether, Landers, Lyden, Neal <br />MEMBERS ABSENT : None <br />Staff members present: City Administrator, Randy Schumacher; City Attorney, Bill Hawkins; <br />Community Development Director, Brian Wessel; City Engineer, David Ahrens; <br />Planning Coordinator, Mary Kay Wyland; Recycling Coordinator, Jackie Constant; Clerk - <br />Treasurer, Marilyn Anderson; and Building Inspector, Pete Kluegel. <br />Council Member Bergeson requested Item #5E, Consideration of Resolution No. 97 - 46, <br />Reimbursement to Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) Members for Meetings be <br />moved and discussed at the same time as Item 9, Consideration of the FIRST Reading, <br />Ordinance No. 07 - 97, Amending Section 203, City Council Compensation. <br />Council Member Bergeson requested to add to New Business a report on the drainage ditch on <br />Apollo Drive. <br />The agenda was approved as revised. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Council Member Neal moved to approve the consent agenda. Council Member Bergeson <br />seconded the motion.
