COUNCIL WORK SESSION MAY 7, 1997 <br />REVIEW OF 1997 - 2001 DRAFT CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN (CIP), <br />MARY VASKE <br />Ms. Vaske explained that the 1997 CIP is complete and asked Council for their approval <br />of the plan. She noted that the CIP would be updated annually as required by the City <br />Charter. <br />No action was taken on this matter. <br />CONSIDERATION OF INCREASING POLICE DEPARTMENT PETTY CASH, <br />CHIEF PECCHIA <br />Chief Pecchia explained that at the previous work session, he outlined the need for <br />increasing the amount of petty cash that is kept by the Police Department. Since that time <br />he has discussed the matter with Council Members Neal and Kuether. They feel that $500 <br />would be an appropriate amount to keep at the Police Department. <br />Council directed Ms. Vaske to prepare petty cash policy and bring it he next <br />work session for Council review. <br />CONSIDERATION OF AN ORDINANCE WIT <br />EXCEPTION POLICY FOR SEPTIC SYS _ E�'TER KLUEGEL <br />Mr. Kluegel asked Council to consid <br />failed septic systems to get an a <br />system.
