• <br />• <br />COUNCIL WORK SESSION MAY 7,1997 <br />Council Member Lyden noted that no recreational opportunities are provided in this <br />subdivision. Ms. Wyland will provide additional information on this matter at the public <br />hearing. <br />Consideration of Changing Council Conditions, Lot 19, Block 5, Behm's Century <br />Farms, 256 Palomino Lane - At the time of the preliminary plat approval, Council had <br />required this lot face to the north. The person purchasing the lot has requested that the <br />front of the face west. Ms. Wyland will provide additional information at the Council <br />meeting. <br />Consideration of Preliminary Plat, Rezone, MUSA Designation, Miller's South Glen <br />Staff explained that the legal period for Council action has nearly expired. Council should <br />act on the request or it will automatically be approved. Development of the subdivision is <br />dependent upon the disposition on Ware Road. <br />Resolution No. 97 - 63, Receive Report and Call Hearing on Improvement Project, <br />Ware Road Reconstruction - The Ware Road feasibility report is com ' - to and outlines <br />a $1,900,000 project. The City of Circle Pines has asked the Lino Lakes Recreational staff to put <br />together a recreational program that could be offered to the residents of Circle Pines. <br />Council asked if there would be a need for additional staff. Mr. Bernstein said that he <br />would ask Circle Pines to provide both staff and facilities. The current Lino Lakes <br />PAGE 3 <br />
