Mr. Al Robinson, a resident of the <br />City and a .er c e Planning and Zoning Board was in the audience and indicated <br />that a com.s, Oil Recovery takes the waste oil from his business at no charge. <br />Mr. Cons . ` o check on this service. <br />The Recycling Agreement will be placed on the June 9, 1997 Council agenda. <br />DISCUSS PETITION TO HAVE ORDINANCE NO. 08 - 97, SOLID WASTE <br />COLLECTION, REPEALED, MARILYN ANDERSON <br />Ms. Anderson told the Council that she has received a petition from residents who want <br />Ordinance No. 08 - 97 repealed or placed on the November municipal election ballot so <br />that the residents can vote on it. Ms. Anderson will be checking the petition to determine <br />if the required number of registered voters have signed the petition. She will be bring a <br />report to the Council within the next 10 days. <br />PAGE 1 <br />
