DISCUSS PETITION TO HAVE ORDINANCE NO. 08 - 97, SOLID WASTE COLLECTION, REPEALED, MARILYN ANDERSON Ms. Anderson told the Council that she has received a petition from residents who want Ordinance No. 08 - 97 repealed or placed on the November municipal election ballot so that the residents can vote on it. Ms. Anderson will be checking the petition to determine if the required number of registered voters have signed the petition. She will be bring a report to the Council within the next 10 days. PAGE 1
