Staff <br />explained that the architectural firm hired by to the Town Center is <br />already drafting City entrance sign options. <br />DISCUSSION OF THE HEAL '?� T ``:31 SECURITY OF CITY HALL, <br />MAKE MCGINLEY <br />Mr. Tesch introd nley of McGinley Associates, P.A. who has prepared a <br />presentation for tt ou e health conditions at City hall. Mr. McGinley explained <br />that he has = es employees at City hall and found that they experience many <br />types of he hat are probably related to the environment at City hall. Chief <br />Bennett pre '• a ire Code & Safety Report and noted that safety has been <br />compromise: several areas of the City hall. Chief Pecchia reviewed a safety report that <br />he prepared several months ago. <br />Each of the three (3) reports indicated that the current City hall poses health, safety and <br />security risks for the employees who work in the building. <br />This item was informational only and no action is needed by the City Council. <br />CONSIDER A PETITION REQUIRING ORDINANCE NO. 08 - 97, SOLID <br />WASTE COLLECTION, TO BE REPEALED OR A REFERENDUM ON THE <br />NOVEMBER, 1997 ELECTION BALLOT, MARILYN ANDERSON <br />• Ordinance No. 08 - 97 was adopted by the City Council on April 28, 1997.
