Action will be requested at the February 22, 1999, Council meeting. <br />Mary Alice reviewed the background of the project. The YMCA has asked for a financial <br />commitment from the City before the project goes any further. The YMCA is beginning <br />to do some programming through the Lino Lakes Parks Department. <br />Kim explained the Council will need to know where the money is coming from for the <br />project and how it will affect the tax payers.
