Those people will be contacted regarding this <br />project. <br />WEST SHADOW PONDS, JOHN POWELL <br />The roadway issues relating to this project include additional trips on 62nd Street and <br />West Shadow Lake Drive. He recommended connection of the two (2) roads only if <br />62nd Street is upgraded. State Aid funds will abe available to finance the improvement. <br />Extending sewer and water along 62nd Street will need to be evaluated. <br />This item will appear on the agenda at the regular Council meeting cin ` onday, January <br />25, 1999. <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT/PLANNED DEVELOP <br />OVERLAY/PRELIMINARY PLAT, JADT/AMOCO <br />DRIVE AT APOLLO DRIVE (EXTENDED), BRIAN <br />Brian stated the Planning and Zoning Board denied apprs of the PDO, Conditional <br />Use Permit, and Preliminary Plat for this pr ct. emission of the Preliminary Plat is <br />premature due to transportation issues. The'P,lannin and Zoning Board recommended <br />denial of the PDO and Conditional Use Perm t becise the original design has changed to <br />a combined facility which includes ar Amoco/McDonalds. Jeff stated the Sewer and Water Plan will be submitted by February 15, <br />1999. The Metropolitan Council has 60 days to review the Plan after all parts are <br />received. <br />Jeff reviewed the 1998 Development and MUSA Analysis figures included in the Council <br />packets. He was directed by Council to prepare a breakdown of residential/commercial <br />MUSA expansion to the year 2020 for the Friday update. <br />
