Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Consideration of Amendmen ' e Livable Communities Demonstration Account <br />Contract, Mary Alice Di r Divine stated the Metropolitan Council has agreed to amend <br />the Lino Lakes contract . .vel expenses since the purpose of the funding is to use a <br />California based Tradition. ighborhood Development planner, Calthorpe Associates, to <br />complete the desi �` T '� Center. <br />It was determined thi m would be tabled due to the 3/5 vote requirement. <br />Council Member Bergeson moved to table the Amendment to the Livable Communities <br />Demonstration Account Contract. Council Member Lyden seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />PUBLIC SAFETY REPORT, DAN TESCH <br />Consideration of Resignation of Police Officer - Mr. Tesch stated that Officer Willie Koch has <br />submitted a letter of resignation from the Lino Lakes Police Department citing his pursuit of <br />other employment. <br />
