COUNCIL MINUTES APRIL 12, 1999 <br />Resolution No. 99 - 23 can be found at the end of these minutes. <br />Consideration for Approval of a Commercial Appraisal for a Retail Site on Lake Drive, <br />Brian Wessel - Mr. Wessel stated this contract is for a professional service to provide an <br />appraisal of the 4 -acre site on Lake Drive. <br />The cost of the appraisal is $1,500. <br />Council Member Dahl moved to approve the contract with Patchin Messner Appraisals. Council <br />Member Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Consideration of Settlement of Ed Vaughan Litigation, Bill Hawkins - Mr. Hawkins <br />requested authorization for the disbursement of additional funds in the amount of $120,000 <br />payable to Mr. Vaughan. <br />Council Member Neal moved to approve the disbursement of ldit on l ui ds in the amount of <br />$120,000, payable to Mr. Vaughan. Council Member Dahl:seconded"the motion.
