He indicated the City of Centerville is proposing the development of trails behind <br />the homes of Lino Lakes residents. <br />Mr. DeGardner added that residents are invited to the meeting. Concerns regarding privacy and <br />buffering have been raised. The property is owned by St. Paul Utility and the County. <br />Mr. Hawkins advised that he has prepared a Land Purchase Option agreement regarding the <br />Police Department's site. He distributed copies for Council Members to review.
