We must maintain our improved bond rate by managing our cash <br />reserves and investments. <br />4. We initiated a road reconstruction fund this year, but we must improve <br />our planning for aging infrastructure replacement. We cannot overlook <br />the needs of existing residents as we move to the future. <br />5. We must continue to develop revenue sources besides taxes. <br />6.
