• <br />• <br />COUNCIL MINUTES APRIL 12, 1999 <br />1. A schedule for the completion of plats, by-laws, phasing, development agreement, and <br />site visits. <br />2. The City Attorney will review the specific recommendations to ensure the legality. <br />3. Regular Council updates and results regarding progress of each issue. <br />4. If the Council is not satisfied with the progress on each issue, the Council may stop <br />the project. <br />Mayor Sullivan expressed concern regarding a clear picture of the goals. <br />Mr. Smyser stated the above issues are typically worked out in the development agreement. <br />Mr. Hawkins stated the Council has the authority to review specific issummended <br />Council does not add a condition relating to ending the project. <br />Council Member Bergeson stated the Council may choose not to pl °".
