The first meeting was held <br />this week and issues discussed included the length of meetings and the Clerk/Treasurer <br />position. Ms. Waite_Smith will take any issues discussed at this weekly meeting to staff <br />and Mayor Sullivan will take the issues to the Council Members. <br />Mayor Sullivan asked Council Members to police themselves regarding their comments <br />during discussions. She suggested that some items may be skipped at the work sessions <br />at the City Administrator's discretion. Council can put a time limit on meetings which <br />can only be extended with a 5-0 vote. Council Member Lyden stated some items just <br />cannot be resolved and they must move on. <br />1 <br />
