Council di investigati arite_Smith, City Administrator, to instruct Mr. Hoff to drop the WEEKLY ETINGS, MAYOR SULLIVAN Mayor Sullivan advised she will be having a meeting every week with Ms. Waite_Smith to evaluate how Council and staff can work together better. The first meeting was held this week and issues discussed included the length of meetings and the Clerk/Treasurer position. Ms. Waite_Smith will take any issues discussed at this weekly meeting to staff and Mayor Sullivan will take the issues to the Council Members. Mayor Sullivan asked Council Members to police themselves regarding their comments during discussions. She suggested that some items may be skipped at the work sessions at the City Administrator's discretion. Council can put a time limit on meetings which can only be extended with a 5-0 vote. Council Member Lyden stated some items just cannot be resolved and they must move on. 1
