Council directed staff to obtain more details regarding easement <br />information, additional width of lots, setback and driveway issues, appropriate pad sizes <br />and adequate space for pads, and adequate space for garages and the houses. <br />Council Member Lyden stated his desire is that the width of the lots be 75-80% of R -1X <br />standards. <br />6 <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />
