Ms. Hagert is currently a certified EMT. <br />was performed. <br />Staff will be recommending that the City Council hire Ms. Hagert as a part-time CSO. <br />COMP PLAN UPDATE AND GIS ANALYSIS OF MUSA, JEFF SMYSER <br />A memorandum dated June 4, 1999 from Mr. Alan Brixius, Consulting Planner, <br />addressing the Developable Land GIS Analysis was previously delivered to the Council. <br />This memorandum explained how the original MUSA reserve was determined. Since that <br />time, it has been determined that some of the data used to calculate the MUSA reserve <br />was no longer accurate because of land use changes proposed by the draft Comprehensive <br />Plan. Mr. Brixius has recalculated the MUSA reserve using the current data. The result is <br />a difference of only three (3) acres for residential MUSA and 85 acres for the <br />commercial/industrial MUSA when compared to the data presented at the May 4th work <br />session. <br />PAGE 1 <br />
