Council Member <br />ITEM <br />MINUTES: <br />See Item 8, N <br />DISBURSEMENTS: <br />August 23, 1999 <br />Centennial Fire District <br />August 15, 1999 <br />Approved <br />Approved <br />Mayor Sullivan reminded those present of the guidelines for audience participation in City <br />Council meetings, emphasizing the need for respectful dialog. <br />OPEN MIKE <br />Introduce New City Clerk, Mayor Sullivan - Mayor Sullivan introduced Ms. Ry-Chel <br />Gaustad, the new City Clerk. Mayor Sullivan noted that Ms. Anderson, current City Clerk - <br />Treasurer will be retiring after nearly 23 years of service to the City. <br />
