He noted that the EDAC meeting has been rescheduled to <br />November 4, 1999. <br />TOWN CENTER MASTER PLANNING UPDATE - BRIAN WESSEL <br />Staff advised the schedule for the Town Center Master Plan is moving along. A meeting <br />with the landowners will be held in the next few weeks to review the revised plan. A first <br />draft of the Design Standards will be complete in November, 1999. <br />Staff noted that a discussion with Mr. and Mrs. Tagg is scheduled for the November 3, <br />1999, Council work session. The final findings of the market analysis will be complete in <br />late November, 1999. A presentation of the findings will be made to Council at the first <br />Council meeting in December, 1999. <br />
