COUNCIL MINUTES OCTOBER 11, 1999 <br />• ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT REPORT, DAN TESCH <br />Application for Exempt Gambling Permit Lino Lakes Lions, October 16, 1999, Pheasant <br />Feed at Saint Joseph Church - Staff advised the Lino Lakes Lions Club has applied for a <br />permit to conduct raffles on Saturday, October 6, 1999, at the VFW, 7868 Lake Drive, between <br />3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. The raffle proceeds are to benefit the family of Doug Hallin. <br />• <br />Resolution No. 99 - 97 approves the application for gambling exempt permit and to waive the <br />30 -day waiting period. <br />Council Member Neal moved to adopt Resolution No. 99 - 97, as presented. Council Member <br />Dahl seconded the motion. (At the same time, the City also approved the site plan for the <br />McDonald's restaurant as well as the conditional use permit for the restaurant's drive-through. <br />The second reading of the rezoning ordinance occurred in May.) <br />Steps necessary for a final plat include a final plat drawing, City Attorney review of the title <br />commitment, a complete developer's agreement, and completion of applicable conditions of <br />approval. <br />Final Plat Drawing: The City has received a final plat drawing. The final plat conforms to the <br />approved preliminary plat. However, and additional easement needs to be added around a <br />
