CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION NOVEMBER 3,1999 <br />Staff noted the three (3) public improvements that were tabled include the 35W/TH49 <br />Interchange, Centennial Middle School Street and Utility, and the Lakes Addition Street <br />Reconstruction. <br />Staff recommended the 35W/TH49 Interchange be deferred until development occurs. <br />Staff noted the City does not have a bond interest in this project. <br />Staff reviewed the assessment payment at a 15 and 20 year pay period for the Lakes <br />Addition project. Staff noted the assessment will cost each homeowner $734 more to <br />extend the payment by five (5) years. Staff advised that if the payment period is <br />extended, the Centennial project will have to be extended also. <br />Staff recommended the assessment roll be adopted as presented, with a 15 year pay <br />period, for the Lakes Addition Street Reconstruction project and Centennial Middle <br />School Street and Utility. <br />This item will appear on the agenda at the regular Council meetin • , November 8, <br />1999, 6:30 p.m. <br />DISCUSS 77TH STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY, JOHN <br />Staff advised Council asked specifically how t <br />property owners at the last work session.
