COUNCIL MINUTES DECEMBER 20, 1999 <br />Staff recommended approval of Resolution No. 99 — 132. <br />Council Member Dahl moved to adopt Resolution No. 99 - 132, as presented. Council Member <br />Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 99 - 132 can be found at the end of these minutes. <br />Consider Resolution 99 -133 to Approve Exempt Permit for Lawful Gambling — St. Joseph <br />Parish — November 19, 2000- Ry-Chel Gaustad. Staff indicated the proposed resolution would <br />approve the application to conduct bingo and raffles at the St. Joseph Parish Turkey Bingo event <br />on Sunday, November 19, 2000 between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. and Sunday between 11:00 <br />a.m. and 5:00 p.m. <br />Staff recommended approval of Resolution No. 99 — 133. <br />Council Member Lyden moved to adopt Resolution No. 99 - 133, as presented. Staff indicated the proposed resolution would <br />approve an application for a retailer's license 3.2 Beer Permit to be used at the St. Joseph Parish <br />annual Easter Bingo event on Friday, March 31, 2000 between 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. It was <br />noted that the City is not in receipt of the applicant's certificate of insurance, however, staff feels <br />confident recommending the Council consider approval contingent upon City receipt of the <br />certificate of insurance at that time. <br />Staff recommended approval of the application, as submitted, contingent upon receipt of the <br />certificate of insurance. <br />4 <br />
