Motion carried unanimously. <br />FIRST READING, Ordinance No. 02 — 2000, Amend Zoning Ordinance to add Exterior <br />Storage as a Conditional Use in the LI, Light Industrial Zoning District (4/4 Vote <br />Required) - Mary Kay Wyland — Staff requested the City Council consider amending the <br />Zoning Ordinance to add Exterior Storage as an accessory use in the Light Industrial Zoning <br />district with a Conditional Use Permit. The draft ordinance is attached for your information and <br />includes the following special provisions: <br />a. The storage area is landscaped and screened from view of neighboring use, <br />residential zoning districts and public right-of-way per Sec .S. of the Zoning <br />Ordinance. <br />b.
