• <br />COUNCIL MINUTES JANUARY 24, 2000 <br />6. An erosion control plan shall be submitted and approved by the City prior to <br />site disturbance. <br />7. A minimum cash escrow of $1,000 shall be maintained to cover staff time for <br />periodic site inspection. <br />Council Member Dahl seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />FIRST READING, Ordinance No. 02 — 2000, Amend Zoning Ordinance to add Exterior <br />Storage as a Conditional Use in the LI, Light Industrial Zoning District (4/4 Vote <br />Required) - Mary Kay Wyland — Staff requested the City Council consider amending the <br />Zoning Ordinance to add Exterior Storage as an accessory use in the Light Industrial Zoning <br />district with a Conditional Use Permit. The draft ordinance is attached for your information and <br />includes the following special provisions: <br />a. The storage area is landscaped and screened from view of neighboring use, <br />residential zoning districts and public right-of-way per Sec .S. of the Zoning <br />Ordinance. <br />b. Storage area is fenced in a manner approv <br />c. Storage area is blacktop or con <br />the City Council. <br />nless specifically approved by <br />d.
