Staff will y• ive rt re ting to funding options at the next work session. <br />Council Member Cted she would like to table the staff direction until the <br />Council discusses th , ' 000 Park Board goals. <br />STADIUM UPDATE <br />Staff distributed a memo regarding the schedule of actions necessary for the proposed <br />stadium. <br />Staff reviewed the process for the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), other City <br />actions including an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan and rezoning, and potential <br />impacts of the proposed stadium. <br />Staff noted an Environmental Impact Statement will take a minimum of 15 months. The <br />cost of the EIS is borne by the proposer of the project and is required by state law. <br />1 <br />
