The Police D - * art step ing up random compliance checks and will continue <br />them until full co °' e et. <br />Staff requested Cou 1 set a policy regarding penalties to license holders who do not <br />comply. Action cannot be taken until the license holder is convicted. All license holders <br />have been advised of the random compliance checks. <br />ANNUAL POLICE REPORT, BILL HAMMES <br />Staff advised a presentation of the Annual Police Report will be given on Monday, <br />February 28, 2000. The presentation will take approximately twenty minutes. Staff <br />distributed a copy of the report. Staff advised they will answer any questions relating to <br />the report before the Council meeting. <br />STADIUM UPDATE, BRIAN WESSEL/JEFF SMYSER <br />Staff advised Mr. Babacas was quoted in the newspaper indicating a land deal will be <br />signed on March 10, 2000, and ground breaking for the project will occur in June, 2000. <br />1 <br />
