Staff advised the findings of fact list reasons the City Council denied the application. <br />They do not include concerns of other City Boards. <br />Council Member Carlson asked if Council Member Dahl had discussed the sewer and water issue. <br />She also asked if the square footage from the second floor and Phase If could be included. <br />Staff advised the application was for Phase I only.
