CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION APRIL 5, 2000 <br />CSAH 14 (MAIN STREET) ACCESS MANAGEMENT STUDY, JOHN POWELL <br />Staff distributed an Executive Summary of the TH 242/CSAH 14 Access Management <br />Study prepared by Anoka County, MnDOT, City of Coon Rapids, City of Blaine, City of <br />Lino Lakes and the Metropolitan Council. <br />Staff reviewed the study in detail and requested it be put on the next Council work <br />session for discussion. Council action will be requested at the April 24, 2000, Council <br />meeting. <br />Staff noted the study does not include the impact of a stadium. Staff <br />advised they are not iliar with the plans that Ramsey County has for that intersection. <br />Council advised staff to post the meeting to enable Council Members to attend. <br />REGULAR AGENDA, APRIL 10, 2000 <br />Council requested the Board of Review, Todd Smith, County Assessor, be rescheduled <br />for 6:00 p.m. Staff advised they will contact Mr. Smith to reschedule the meeting if <br />possible. <br />Council Member Dahl inquired about the past meeting minutes. Staff advised Ms. <br />Anderson is still working on past meeting minutes. <br />Council Member Carlson stated that according to the bylaws, a Council Member can not <br />be a member of CAG. <br />4 <br />
