The next step in the public <br />improvement process is to approve the plans and specifications and authorize advertisement for bids. <br />The City Attorney has informed the City that appraisals will not b <br />assessment hearing. Council Member <br />Dahl seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 00 — 41 can be found in the City Clerk's office. <br />Consider Approval of Final Plat, Highland Meadows West, Jeff Smyser — Staff advised the <br />amended preliminary plat for Highland Meadows West was approved on January 10, 2000. This <br />planned development includes lots for single family detached homes and quad townhomes. <br />The City Attorney has reviewed the title information.
