Mr. Smyser stated these standards would only be applied to the Town Center. <br />Council Member Carlson stated her understanding that this plan needs to be used in other <br />areas as well. Ms. Divine stated the Metropolitan Council would like those standards <br />adopted in other cities, and that may occur, and there are potential areas in Lino Lakes <br />where these standards can apply.
