CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION JULY 5, 2000 Staff distributed a copy of the Council meeting minutes from June 14, 1999. The minutes included information regarding the approval of an easement encroachment request from the property owner at 502 Lonesome Pine Trail. The current request is similar and involves the property owner directly behind that property. Staff advised the request from 502 Lonesome Pine Trail be approved with conditions. The property owner at 505 Linden Lane is proposing a lift out section of board on board fencing. Staff advised they have discussed the proposal with the fence contractor. Staff indicated the previous request was approved based on conditions. The fence contractor and property owner have agreed to a slide out 10' wide fence that will be installed to the rear of the property. The fence will be raised off the ground so the flow is not restricted. Staff will review the final alignment of the fence. Staff advised they would like to proceed with the encroachment agreement based on similar conditions imposed on the property owner at 502 Lonesome Pi It was the consensus of Council for staff to proceed with the en lie ment at 505 Linden Lane, based on staff conditions.
