TIF PROSPECT QUALIFYING PROCEDURES, MARY ALICE DIVINE <br />Staff distributed a handout regarding the guidelines for TIF. Staff explained the <br />procedure used to determine if a business will qualify. Copies of the paperwork and <br />application were included in the handout. <br />Council Member Carlson distributed copies of information the City of Blaine includes in <br />their process. <br />Staff noted an EDA meeting is scheduled Monday, August 14, 2000, 6:00 p.m. <br />CLEARWATER CREEK UPDATE, MAYOR BERGESON <br />Mayor Bergeson advised the final plat for Clearwater Creek 4th Addition was recently <br />approved by the City Council. The developer is requesting some of the lot lines be <br />moved slightly. He suggested staff give a recommendation regardin request in the <br />Friday update.
