The final plat approved on July 24, 2000, conformed to the approved preliminary plat. On the August revision, the width of Lot 5 decreases slightly. Lot 2 width decreases by 34 feet, but the lot is still wider than the normal minimum 80 ft. for an R -a lot, and the building area within the setbacks is adequate.
