She stated many people may <br />have not shown up because of confusion regarding the time for resident input. She suggested changes <br />to the wording of the endorsement. <br />Council Member Reinert stated he feels like the City is doing things backwards. The standards <br />should have been worked on before the Council endorses them. He stated he would have like to had <br />more time to discuss the standards.
