COUNCIL MINUTES AUGUST 28, 2000 <br />9. Park dedication shall be paid per City policy. <br />10. Any additions to the building will require a new site plan review and, possibly, an <br />amendment to the storage CUP. <br />11. Proper building permits must be obtained prior to any construction and 1% of the <br />construction costs must be put in escrow to insure completion of all site improvements. <br />Fire suppression sprinklers are required. <br />12. Prairie planting shall not be required in front of the building. All other elements of the <br />landscaping plan shall apply. <br />Council Member O'Donnell seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously <br />Town Center Design Standards Endorsement (3/5 Vote Required <br />the City received a grant in 1998 to plan the Town Center.
