Proper building permits must be obtained prior to any construction and 1% of the <br />construction costs must be put in escrow to insure completion of all site improvements. <br />Fire suppression sprinklers are required. <br />13. Inc., Site Plan Approval/Conditional Use Permit (3/5 Vote Required), Jeff <br />Smyser — Staff advised this application includes a site plan and conditional use permit for a metal <br />fabricating business in the private Apollo Business Center. Some outdoor storage on a limited basis <br />will be needed, which requires a conditional use permit. Staff reviewed their analysis of the building <br />and site issues and noted the requirements that must be met to consider a conditional use permit. <br />Staff advised the Planning and Zoning Board reviewed this item at <br />recommended approval based on conditions.
