The City <br />Planner advised metal buildings are frowned upon except on farmland because of the <br />aesthetics issue. <br />Council Member O'Donnell stated the hangers at the Air Park are made out of metal and <br />are on smaller lots. Staff advised the requirements regarding the Air Park need <br />examination overall, a need that has become clear with several recent variance requests. <br />Mr. Lyden noted the neighbors are not opposed to the metal building. <br />1 <br />
