She stated her main concern relates to the Comprehensive Plan. She <br />stated this plan has very small lots with 2% units per acre. She stated the Council needs <br />to consider what this will mean to the Comprehensive Plan. <br />The City Planner advised the project has not yet been submi <br />through the concept stage. He stated he is still working on the plan. At this point the plan is <br />conceptual. <br />Council Member Carlson stated the City already has an excess of residential acreage in <br />2010 MUSA line.
