COUNCIL MINUTES NOVEMBER 13, 2000 <br />Council Member O'Donnell moved to adopt Resolution No. 00 — 105, as presented. Mayor Bergeson • <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried with Council Member Dahl voting no. <br />Resolution No. 00 — 105 can be found in the City Clerk's office. <br />Mayor Bergeson called for a short recess at 8:35 p.m. <br />Mayor Bergeson reconvened the meeting at 8:43 p.m. <br />Council Member Dahl advised she voted no on the above item because she has voted no in the past <br />and wants to be consistent. She clarified that she did not vote no to the grant. She stated she is <br />reserved and cautious when people give you money. This project involved developer <br />installed improvements.
