COUNCIL MINUTES NOVEMBER 13, 2000 <br />Council Member Reinert moved to close the public hearing at 8:48 p.m. Council Member Dahl <br />seconded the motion. All necessary notices have been mailed to affected property owners indicating the <br />amount of the assessment and the date of the hearing. <br />The project is substantially complete and can now be assessed. This project involved developer <br />installed improvements. The assessments associated with this project include Sanitary Sewer and <br />Watermain Area and Unit charges, Lateral Utility charges (Bond Fund), and MSA Street assessments <br />from the original assessment to Trapper's Crossing. The assessment roll distributes the original outlot <br />charges from 1996 to the lots platted as part of the 3rd Addition. Surface Water Management Fees and <br />Wearing Course Costs are also assessed o the individual lots. <br />15 <br />
