COUNCIL MINUTES NOVEMBER 13, 2000 Resolution No. 00 —103 can be found in the City Clerk's office. Consider Resolution No. 00 —106, Extending the Term of the Cable Franchise Granted to MediaOne North Central Communications Corp. d/b/a AT&T Broadband (3/5 Vote Required) — Staff advised the North Metro Telecommunication Commission and AT&T Broadband have been re -negotiating terms for renewal of their cable television franchise. As negotiations continue, it is necessary to extend the life of the current franchise which is due to expire November 20, 2000. The cities that make up the North Metro Telecommunication Commission are being asked to extend the life of the current franchise to February 28, 2001. Council Member Reinert moved to adopt Resolution No. 00 — 106, as presented. Council Member O'Donnell seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
