COUNCIL MINUTES NOVEMBER 13, 2000 <br />Resolution No. 00 —103 can be found in the City Clerk's office. <br />Consider Resolution No. 00 —106, Extending the Term of the Cable Franchise Granted to <br />MediaOne North Central Communications Corp. d/b/a AT&T Broadband (3/5 Vote Required) <br />— Staff advised the North Metro Telecommunication Commission and AT&T Broadband have been <br />re -negotiating terms for renewal of their cable television franchise. As negotiations continue, it is <br />necessary to extend the life of the current franchise which is due to expire November 20, 2000. The <br />cities that make up the North Metro Telecommunication Commission are being asked to extend the <br />life of the current franchise to February 28, 2001. <br />Council Member Reinert moved to adopt Resolution No. 00 — 106, as presented. Council Member <br />O'Donnell seconded the motion.
