CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />MINUTES <br />NOVEMBER 22, 2000 <br />DATE : November 22, 2000 <br />TIME STARTED : 5:30 p.m. <br />TIME ENDED : 8:40 p.m. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT : Council Member Carlson, Dahl, O'Donnell, <br />Reinert, and Mayor Bergeson <br />: None <br />MEMBERS ABSENT <br />Staff members present: Administration Director, Dan Tesch; City Engineer, John <br />Powell; Economic Development Director, Brian Wessel; Econo elopment <br />Assistant, Mary Divine (part); Environmental Specialist, M(part); Chief of <br />Police, Dave Pecchia (part); and City Planner, Jeff Smyse �k �►.< ``dner, Director of <br />Public Services <br />DELLWOOD LLC PRESENTATION, BRIA EL <br />Staff advised they have been working with <br />Rehbein property. The three (3) parcels to the north are not part of the project <br />3. Mitigation of wetlands <br />4. Screening needs <br />5. New Urbanism concepts <br />6. Continued work with staff on funding sources <br />Mr. Bill Whitrock, RSP Architects, came forward and referred to a drawing of the site as <br />it currently is laid out. He noted the smaller users have not yet been identified. He <br />advised that the blue on the drawing indicates a pedestrian walkway. He displayed <br />1 <br />
