CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION NOVEMBER 22, 2000 <br />County has a different plan. The options are too large for this community. She stated the <br />language used can correctly convey the City's position. <br />Council Member O'Donnell suggested language be added to the resolution that indicates <br />the City is not in favor of the proposed options but the City does want to work together. <br />Council Member Carlson stated that if the correct language is added, she will hold off on <br />the vote.
